The decision
The Second World Scientific Congress « the Science in the modern world », lead to St.-Petersburg (Russia) on September, 27-28th, 2010
1. Participants of the Congress support and approve activity IUFS and IHAC on development, the statement, development and perfection of new directions in a modern science and their realization. It is supposed moral and material support of activity of IUFS and IHAC from the persons interested in it and the organizations.
2. Participants of the Congress consider expedient the edition of materials of the Congress in the form of the separate collection and the publication of the report on work of the Congress in magazine « Spirit of time » (in a printed and electronic variant).
3. The Following World Scientific Congress « the Science in the modern world » can be lead in St.-Petersburg (Russia) per 2011.
4. Performance of the given Decision to assign on IUFS with assistance of the International Parliament of safety and Peace.
